Excercise Timer

I have recently got on an exercise regimen to fight my back pain problems. It is sort of like Yoga but in a controlled manner. I don’t know if its fun, but it definitely helps to keep pain away. Typically, I’ll need to do 4-6 exercises twice a day. Each exercise is repeated three times and lasts 30 sec each time. Pretty simple, right? Your Turn Challenge

I came across this post from Seth. And hence this challenge link. I have enough reasons to participate. And I have a big ball of laziness that says I should not commit to anything publicly. Let me see. I am giving myself a day to decide. Maybe I’ll convince myself that I can actually publish everyday for at least 7 days in my life. It is my turn to challenge myself.

Sunday Post

I already missed to keep the date. And its not even a week now! Anyway, to compensate, I ll write two posts today 😀 Sunday was eventless. Mostly lazing around in the couch with “hay day” and the idiot box. By night, I gathered motivation to run 3kms! I ll post my running adventures later. I was watching snippets from movies like “Singaravelan”, “Mudhalvan” etc. I am surprised how these movies were so big. At least the latter had an interesting story. In both the movies, scenes involving the lead couple are immature and pathetic! Wow and to think my younger self actually enjoyed this! ...
